About the Orchestra
Welcome to our artist submission page. We are a dynamic new orchestra composed of talented musicians. Our mission is to achieve the highest level of musical excellence, and we’re on the lookout for passionate new members to join our ranks.

Our next major event is LIV, we will feature a stunning lineup of original cinematic and classical works for symphonic orchestra. In celebration of our yearly returning events and World Freedom Day.

The Orchestra starts with two special concerts in 2026.

The Orchestra is composed of talented musicians (55+), We’re currently looking for enthusiastic players eager to grow and perform on an international stage.
Strings – 18 spots
4 × 1st violin
4 × 2nd violin
2 × cello
2 × double bass
Woodwinds – 6 spots
2 × flute (1 can double piccolo)
2 × clarinet in Bb
1 × oboe
1 × bassoon
Other winds/brass – 8 spots
2 × horn in F
2 × trumpet in Bb
2 × trombone (1 tenor, 1 bass or 2 tenor)
1 x tuba
Percussion:
1–2 percussionists (timpani + small percussion)
1 harp or piano, depending on the repertoire

Joining us
We’re seeking talented musicians—violinists, violists, cellists, double bassists, brass, woods, horns, piano, harp percussion, —to join our orchestra. Given the level of performance required, please carefully assess your qualifications before applying.
Age Requirement: 20–60 years
We look forward to welcoming dedicated and skilled musicians to our team!
We will build together
The orchestra leadership and the entire management are all excellent media specialists, and their expertise supports every project. The team members also have a professional music and artistic background, and know how projects should be managed. This includes music marketing aspects, social media knowledge, sound design, studio recording and mastering, orchestration, composition, stage technology, legal media knowledge and much more. You will literally emerge into a professional media branch, where you have a knowledge base that can support your goals as a performing musician.

Rehearsals and Concerts MMIC
Schedule: Mindful Music in Concert
Rehearsals are organized into two projects:
Project 1: Orientation & Kick-off
- Date: May 15, 2026
- Activities: Orientation, introductions, and trial playing session.
- Theme: “Mindful Music in Concert”
Project 2: Main Concert Series
- Concert Date: November 9, 2026
- Required Availability: August 10 – November 10, 2026
- Scheduling: Specific rehearsal dates will be finalized in consultation with the group.
- Theme: “Mindful Music in Concert”
Preliminary Rehearsal Plan
Phase 1 — Start-up (May/June)
- Rehearsals 1, 2, and 3 are scheduled after the May school holiday (which ends May 10) and before the summer break.
- Note: Pentecost weekend falls on May 23–25. Rehearsal 2 is scheduled for May 29.
- Summer Break: July 18 – August 30
- No in-person rehearsals. During this period, musicians will receive their sheet music and reference audio recordings via email to facilitate independent home practice.
Phase 2 — Intensive (October)
- Rehearsals 4 and 5 resume after the summer break.
- Rehearsal 4: October 2
- Rehearsal 5: October 30
- Timing: These sessions are scheduled around the autumn school holiday (October 17–25), with the final intensive session taking place immediately following the break.
Phase 3 — Performance (November)
- Dress Rehearsal: November 7 (on-site at the venue)
- Preview Concert: November 8
- Main Concert (World Freedom Day): November 9

Music scores and materials will be provided via URL link and email in PDF format prior to the project start.
Studying
We encourage you to practice at home using the provided recording references. This will help you adapt and prepare your sections effectively, allowing you to further develop your skills and ensure a high-quality performance.
